Introduce (tell me about) your self?
My name is ……, am 24 years old, I was graduated from the faculty of commerce Cairo university, accounting department and I have experience in customer services I obtained world class customer services track from Dale Carnegie training® also I Worked before as a customer services agent at etisal international company contact center out source etisalat company now I have been working at ecco company as a customer services agent outsourcing Vodafone Egypt  .

What do you know about customer services? 
Customer services is department witch responsible for handle the customer , deal with the customer in a good way, analysis problems and put many solutions, help the customer to be satisfied.

What does customer services involved?
Customer services involved good listener, patient, know the customer need, think quickly and make decision, have the ability to solve problems, analysis problems, put many solutions, respect the customer, show empathy, appreciate the customer situation, use the customer name, remember it's not personal.

Why do you want to work in this position (career)?
It's suitable for me and my communication skills and I know how to persuade people and I will achieve more. 

*How would you handle the customer who used abusive (insults) language? 
What are you doing if customer insults (abusive) you? 
I don't know the customer and the customer too, so it's not personal, I try to calm him down, try to solve his problem, and I get the best solution for the customer to be satisfied.

*What are you doing if customer have problem and you don't know the answer? 
I'll turn to my supervisor and consult him, if I didn't find him, I'll take the customer name & his contact number and promise to him that I'll call him later to give him the answer.

*Till me about your greatest strength?
I have persuasive, self confidence, and work under pressure, accurate.

*Why are you applying for (the company name)?
Because it’s successful company, multinational, market share, excellent image, respect employees satisfaction.

*How do you see your career within the next 5 years?
5 years long time, am planning to be a manager in my field that is not easy I know I must work hard, increase my experience by taking training courses 
No gain without pain.

*What do you left  Vodafone?
I left the previous company because of ill-treatment of the direct head to me and I try hard I find a job in the same area as the ill-treatment would have reflected on the customer and for this I left work and I know that the customer didn't deserve that .
